A fabricator that exports, not a trader that forwards
Xiamen XinGreen Tech Co., Ltd works from Xiamen, Fujian — a port city where steel, shipping and bridge contractors already sit within a few kilometres of each other.
Steel is the product. The drawing is the brief.
We fabricate Bailey bridge systems, spiral welded pipe, H-beam steel, ringlock falsework and bridge guardrail. Some of it is standard catalogue work; most of it is made against a project drawing with hole positions, splice details and a coating specification attached.
That changes how a supplier has to behave. A trader can forward your drawing to a mill and mark up the result. A fabricator has to answer for the fit-up, the weld, the coating thickness and the loading plan — and that is the part of the job we keep in-house.
Our customers are contractors, bridge specialist subcontractors and trading houses that need one manufacturer able to cover both the permanent steel and the temporary works on the same site.
Four commitments we can be held to
No drawing, no promise
We do not quote a span from a phone call and then discover the load class later. If the drawing is not ready, we say what is missing before pricing.
The file travels with the steel
Mill certificates, weld records, dimensional checks and coating readings are packed with the bundle list, not emailed three weeks after the vessel sails.
One voice for four ranges
Pipe, Bailey, falsework and railing are quoted by the same person, so the interfaces between them — bearing plates, anchor patterns, deck levels — are somebody's job.
Say what we cannot do
Rental fleets, full-scale crash testing and design responsibility for a permanent bridge sit outside our scope. We will tell you and point to who does it, rather than quietly absorb the risk.
What we make, and what we buy in
| Item | Made in-house | Bought in / partnered |
|---|---|---|
| Bailey panels and accessories | Panels, chords, transoms, braces, end posts | Cast bearing seats where a casting is specified |
| Welded H-beams and plate girders | Cutting, fit-up, welding, drilling, coating | Hot-dip galvanising at a certified bath |
| Spiral welded pipe | Forming, SAW welding, end preparation | 3PE coating at a dedicated line |
| Ringlock falsework | Standards, ledgers, braces, jacks | — |
| Bridge guardrail | Posts, rails, base plates, brackets | Stainless tube and specialised anchors |
Being explicit about the buy-in items is deliberate: it tells you where a delivery risk might sit before you place the order.
Small enough to answer, structured enough to deliver
Most enquiries come with a drawing, a port and a date. We answer with three things: what is in scope, what it weighs, and what it costs to get it to the port.
- English-language quotations with itemised weights and coating assumptions
- Shop drawings returned for approval before any steel is cut
- Photographs at fit-up, after coating and at loading
- Documents issued for FOB, CIF and DAP terms

Span, load class, deck width, port. We will take it from there.
