Where our steel ends up
Coastal crossings, marine working platforms and temporary bridges. Each reference is grouped by the problem the steel had to solve — and photographed on site.
Haicang Aoguan Avenue Bridge, Xiamen
A sea crossing in the Aoguan Bay area of Haicang District, Xiamen — road link plus a segregated walkway and cycle lane, built almost entirely over tidal water. The falsework package is the part we photographed most: piles, trusses, deck works and barrier posts.

The four problems we are usually asked to solve
Not every customer wants a case study — most want to know that the same details have been made before. These are the recurring types.
Sea and estuary crossings
Guardrail, edge steel and embedments for bridges built over salt water, where galvanising thickness and the base-plate detail decide the service life.
Trestles and working platforms
Spiral pipe legs, capping beams and deck steel for access trestles that have to go in fast and come out without being cut apart.
Temporary and emergency bridges
Complete 321 and 200 Bailey sets with accessories, supplied for detours, construction access and replacement of damaged crossings.
Deck falsework packages
Ringlock grids for cast-in-place decks and pier caps, galvanised for marine sites, with jacks, U-heads and edge protection in the same load.
Welded girders to drawing
Plate girders and welded H-beams with stiffeners, splice plates, camber and drilled connections — the permanent steel that sits next to the temporary works.
Packages for overseas contractors
Marked bundles, packing lists that match the drawing, loading plans and photographs before the container is sealed.
