Spiral welded piles, Bailey trusses, ringlock falsework and deck steel for the Haicang Aoguan Avenue crossing in Xiamen — fabricated in Fujian and delivered to a site that sits over tidal water.
Foundation, superstructure, temporary works and safety barrier. Buy them separately or as a matched package for a bridge project.
Foundation piles, trestle legs and permanent casing for marine and river crossings. Spirally welded from hot-rolled coil, with end preparation to suit driving or bolted connection.
Welded H-beam girders and the full Bailey component set: 321 and 200 panels, chords, transoms, decking, sway braces and pins — one bill of materials for the whole span.
Heavy-duty falsework for cast-in-place bridge decks, pier caps and marine platforms. Standard and ledger frames, rosette connections, adjustable bases and U-heads.
Three-tube bridge railing, W-beam crash barrier and pedestrian handrail for highway and marine crossings. Hot-dip galvanised or duplex-coated for coastal service.
A sea crossing built almost entirely over tidal water. The photographs below are from our own site file: pile groups, Bailey trusses, ringlock along the edge, and the forms that cast the barrier plinth.
No renders and no stock photography. These are the working levels, the pile heads and the edge details that decide whether a falsework package performs.
Our workshop runs plate cutting, fit-up, submerged-arc and CO2 welding, CNC drilling and surface treatment in a single flow. That means the pile cap, the Bailey transom and the guardrail post on the same project share one welding procedure and one inspection standard.
We return marked-up drawings with hole positions, splice details and camber within 3–5 working days, so the approval loop does not sit on the critical path.
Piles, panels, falsework and railing can be consolidated into a single shipment with one packing list — useful when a contractor sources the whole bridge package.
Hot-dip galvanising to 85 µm or duplex systems for marine crossings, with coating thickness recorded per bundle and third-party checks on request.

Thickness is only half the story — surface preparation, drainage holes and the site touch-up decide the service life.
